For over a decade, I have run Damsel Productions, and worked as a theatre and live comedy producer and EP, alongside producing short films and working in script development for film, TV and theatre. I have also produced the Portobello Pantomime for 11 years: an annual, local institution raising tens of thousands for local charities. I currently have two feature films and a major theatrical production in development.

Damsel was set up with the key aim of producing high quality and groundbreaking new work, developing and platforming scripts written by women, produced by all-women teams. With a keen interest in underrepresented groups, particularly from the LGBTQ+ community, Damsel’s work (funded by Arts Council England) is critically acclaimed and addresses misrepresentation and lack of representation in theatre.
